CSL Signs – Exchange, Refund & Warranty Policy
At CSL Signs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer exchanges and refunds for defective items. To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue, CSL Signs may offer a repair, replacement, full refund, or store credit.
Warranty Policy
CSL Signs provides a 12-month warranty covering damaged or malfunctioning components of your signage. Warranty decisions will depend on the source of the issue and will be determined jointly by CSL Signs and the customer.
Warranty Coverage for Hard-Wired & Installed Signage
CSL Signs does not cover installation or uninstallation costs. If your sign arrives damaged or missing hardware, please contact our customer care team immediately and provide clear photos as proof.
Please note: CSL Signs is not responsible for any damage that occurs during installation.
Returns Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team and explain the reason for returning the product.
If the product is damaged, include photos or videos for evaluation purposes.
Once all required information is submitted and the issue is confirmed:
The faulty product must be returned along with all original items from the package.
The product must be returned for evaluation within 14 days of receipt.
If a replacement is approved, CSL Signs will ship the new product as soon as possible.
If a refund is approved, CSL Signs will guide you through the refund process.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
CSL Signs requires approximately 2 business days to craft your sign, followed by 3–4 business days for delivery.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking ID, which becomes active within 24 hours.
